The conclusions from studying on the general radiography technical fare based on the insurance fee of radiological dept were as follows: 1. In the insurance fee, the average technical fare was ￦ 2,065. so the deficit was ￦ 40,072 a day on the basis of daily average number of radiography shots (except the costs of using the facilities, fixing or maintaining the equipments and the others) 2. In the fee, portable X-ray radiography technical fare has to separate from the general radiography technical fare(adopting the adding rates of raising factors). 3. In the fee, a new paradigm X-ray general radiography technical fare must belong to radiologist-should be erected. 4. in the fee, radiography technical fare should be adjusted according to the present situation for the compensation of loss. 5. Some ratios of adding rates should be adopted to the radiography technical fares shot by radiologists.
